Healthy Iced Coffee
Iced coffee typically comes loaded with sugar and my version of the healthy iced coffee is really easy to make. Iced coffee is a perfect hot weather alternative to the hot version!
I frequently get asked if coffee is good or bad for you and coffee is actually overflowing in health benefits. I personally drink de-caf coffee because I’m sensitive to caffeine. If you are the same, my top tip is decaf over weak. Weak generally has zero flavour and a decaf still contains a very small amount of caffeine. Whilst coffee does have lots of health benefits I generally suggest only have one or two per day and trying to keep these to the morning before 11am!
