Healthy Iced Coffee

November 5, 2018

Iced coffee typically comes loaded with sugar and my version of the healthy iced coffee is really easy to make. Iced coffee is a perfect hot weather alternative to the hot version!

I frequently get asked if coffee is good or bad for you and coffee is actually overflowing in health benefits.

Key Nutrients

Coffee

  • Coffee consumption lowers the risk of heart disease and stroke (the top two biggest causes of death globally).
  • Coffee is rich in antioxidants
  • The caffeine in coffee can enhance sports performance and endurance.

Tips

I use a standard cup measure. If you don’t have one you can use a mug and substitute the amount for ¾ of a standard size mug.

Find your Ingredients
