Smoothie bowls tend to be my go-to on a weekend after I’ve been exercising. Depending on what I’ve got in, I’ll either opt for a smoothie or a smoothie bowl. They make a quick and easy way to replenish my energy with the addition of protein powder for muscle recovery and protein also balancing the bowl for lasting fullness.
