There was a time when I really had no clue about the importance of nutrition behind exercise. I was exercising a lot and was really just obsessed with protein, but there is so much more to post exercise nutrition than just that. Now I know different and one of the key things we need to do after we’ve worked up a sweat is replenish our electrolytes.
