Mango Smoothie Bowl

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder optional (I use Nuzest)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  • Place all ingredients into a blender starting with the unsweetened almond milk. Blend until smooth. Consistency should be thick like ice cream. TIP: if the blades get stuck add more milk.
  • Top with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, cacao nibs.
