Strawberry & Banana Smoothie

Servings 1 person


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoops Vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp avocado
  • 1 handful ice cubes


  • Place all ingredients into a blender starting with the unsweetened almond milk and blend until smooth.

Essential Equipment



I use a standard cup measure. If you don’t have one you can use a mug and substitute the amount for ¾ of a standard size mug.
If you don't have avocado you could use 1 tbsp or tahini or nut butter instead.
My favourite protein powder to add is Nuzest Vanilla Protein.
