Healthy Iced Coffee

  • 1 tsp coffee granules with 50 ml boiling water
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 handful icecubes


  • Add 1 tsp of coffee granules to 50 ml boiling water and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Add a handful of icecubes to a glass and combine the coconut milk, vanilla and optional maple syrup.
  • Pour in the coffee and stir.



I use a standard cup measure. If you don’t have one you can use a mug and substitute the amount for ¾ of a standard size mug.

Coconut milk - long life milks aisle. I usually opt for Vitasoy Unsweetened Coconut Milk
