Healthy Iced Coffee
coffee granules with 50 ml boiling water
maple syrup (optional)
Add 1 tsp of coffee granules to 50 ml boiling water and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Add a handful of icecubes to a glass and combine the coconut milk, vanilla and optional maple syrup.
Pour in the coffee and stir.
I use a standard cup measure. If you don’t have one you can use a mug and substitute the amount for ¾ of a standard size mug.
