Simple Cinnamon Oats
soy, almond or coconut milk
(opt for unsweetened where possible)
berries or fruit of your choice
toppings (nuts, seeds, granola etc)
Place oats, milk and cinnamon into a jar/bowl.
Add fruit or add fresh in the morning.
Stir thoroughly and leave in the fridge overnight.
Add any extra toppings - nuts, seeds, granola.
I use a standard cup measure. If you don’t have one you can use a mug and substitute the amount for ¾ of a standard size mug.

Oats - Breakfast cereals aisle (look for rolled oats).
Milk - I love
Almond Milk (in the fridge) or
Coconut Milk (in the long life milk aisle).
