Recipe: Green Mango Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 8 ice cubes


  • Starting with the almond milk, place all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.


Essential Equipment



I use a standard cup measure. If you don’t have one you can use a mug and substitute the amount for ¾ of a standard size mug.

Find your Ingredients

Almond milk - milk fridge or long life milk aisle (I really love Nutty Bruce Almond Milk found in the fridge in Woolworths).
Spinach, mango, banana - fruit and vegetable aisle
Chia seeds - health food aisle
